How can I place my order?

You can order online through our website, by phone or by post. Details for telephone and postal orders are on the "contact us" page. Please make all cheques payable to "Cloudhopperz".

What about delivery and postage/packing?

We will do our very best to dispatch your order within 7 working days, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery. All items posted within the UK are £4.95 per item. This includes packing costs.

Do you deliver items worldwide?

Yes we do, please contact us with details of where you are in the world and we'll let you know appropriate postage and packing costs.

How should I take care of my art?

As with all artwork, care should be taken not to expose it to direct strong sunlight. Our art is for decorative purposes only and is not suitable for children's play. Care should be taken when cleaning/dusting as items are embellished with craft diamantes

How do I know you've received my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 3 working days.

How many names can I add to my personalised artwork?

Please feel free to use up to 3 names. This is purely from an aesthetics point of view, any more than 3 names and the lettering would not stand out as clearly and would appear much smaller due to the space required. Cloudhopperz cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes made by customers, so do take care when placing your order.

What if I'm not happy?

We really hope you enjoy our products, but in the unlikely event that you're not satisfied, we will offer a refund to non-personalised items provided they are returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days. We recommend that items returned to us are done so using a recorded delivery service, as Cloudhopperz cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised items.
